Blending : Pinot Noir 30 %, Pinot Meunier 40 %, Chardonnay 30 % with an addition of red wine which has been vinified in oak barrels.

This bears a pink salmon colour and an elegant nose which reveals ripe cherry and even kirsh. Its rich flavour has slightly wooden notes, liquorice, cherry and strawberry.

Our suggestion : not only perfect with red meat, but also as an aperitif.
